Training Programme for PRI & Gram Sabha Leaders
A training programme was organised to strengthen the capacity of PRI representatives and Gram Sabha leaders on social security schemes, entitlements, and effective community-level facilitation.
The initiative reflects Sahbhagi Vikas's continued efforts to strengthen community institutions and build the capacity of local people to participate effectively in development processes.
Through training, exposure visits, community meetings and awareness activities, the organisation supports communities in understanding their rights, responsibilities, government schemes and available entitlements.
Active participation of community members, Panchayati Raj Institutions, Gram Sabha representatives, women leaders and local stakeholders remains central to these efforts.
