Exposure Visit of Women Farmers to BAU & Ramakrishna Mission, Ranchi
Women farmers visited BAU and Ramakrishna Mission, Ranchi to gain practical knowledge, technical farming skills, and new ideas for improving sustainable agriculture and livelihoods.
The initiative reflects Sahbhagi Vikas's continued efforts to strengthen community institutions and build the capacity of local people to participate effectively in development processes.
Through training, exposure visits, community meetings and awareness activities, the organisation supports communities in understanding their rights, responsibilities, government schemes and available entitlements.
Active participation of community members, Panchayati Raj Institutions, Gram Sabha representatives, women leaders and local stakeholders remains central to these efforts.
