Women’s Empowerment and Leadership
Strengthening women's leadership, governance participation, social rights, and economic independence.
Women’s Empowerment and Leadership
Sabhagi Vikas works to empower women by strengthening their leadership, awareness, participation, and economic independence. Women are encouraged to actively participate in Gram Sabha, Panchayat, and block-level processes, enabling them to raise community issues and take leadership roles.
A number of women have emerged as community leaders and grassroots facilitators in their villages. They actively support needy families in accessing government entitlements and essential documents such as Ayushman Cards, Ration Cards, Aadhaar (UID), e-Shram Cards, and other social security schemes. They also facilitate and mobilize community members for Gram Sabha and Panchayat-level meetings, strengthening people's participation in local governance.
Addressing Social Issues & Livelihood Support:
Through training, financial linkages, and market opportunities, women are supported to increase their income, become self-reliant, and contribute meaningfully to their families and communities.
